Led visual execution of 150+ videos, and a dedicated educational website to drive increased product adoption and elevated user satisfaction.
Task: Ontraport needed a robust educational platform to help users better understand and utilize its complex software. The goal was to simplify product features, increase engagement, feature adoption, and position Ontraport as a trusted resource for business growth.
Solution: The comprehensive platform included 150+ professionally produced videos, and a dedicated website, and YouTube strategy improvements. Tutorials broke down complex features, promotional trailers enhanced visibility, and newsletters kept users informed. Each element was designed with a focus on clarity, usability, and brand alignment, creating a seamless learning experience.
My contribution:
Led the visual execution of the project, from concept to launch; including the branding, page layouts, storyboards and created cohesive visual assets. Maintaining consistency and living under the Ontraport branding. and focusing on in-app accessibility and adoption.
Collaborated with videographers, designers, in-app experts, content and product team to ensure engaging, useful, high-quality how-to content.
